This site is run by Langley And Verve FZ-LLC, trading as Derec, a free zone company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), licence number 47036443. Our registered address is FDBC6191 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. There is more on the company on our about page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your work email, your company, your country, your description of the job, and how you found us if you fill that in. We also record that you agreed to this notice, and when you sent the form.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. If you become a client, we use the same details to agree the work and deliver it. How we handle your business data as a client is agreed in writing, and we will sign a data processing agreement if you need one. There is more on that on how we work.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Kept for up to two years, never sold, and yours to see, correct, or delete.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your enquiry is stored by the service that runs this website and its form, and in our own business records. Our company is in the UAE and we work with clients in the United Kingdom, so your details may be stored or read outside the country you are in. We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this site and its form, so that they can run it for us. We never sell your details. The fonts on this site are served from our own website, so no third party receives your details when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. To ask, send a note through the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We reply in writing within one working day.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We count page visits and enquiries with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice before any are used.
