What moves the price
The price depends mostly on how many systems it touches and how much judgement it needs. Copying a web form into your CRM is small. Reading a contract and drafting a reply is bigger. Exceptions add cost, since each needs a route to a person.
Running costs
Software and AI models bill your own accounts monthly or by use. You see the cost before you say yes. A separate Run plan covers fixes when a connected tool changes.

How much does an AI automation agency charge?
We charge a fixed price for each build, agreed in writing before work starts, in pounds or dirhams. The price depends on how many systems the automation touches and how much judgement it has to make, and you see the monthly running costs before you say yes.
What can AI automation do for a small business?
It can take over jobs that follow the same steps each time and run through tools you already use. Enquiry handling, lead screening, call notes, reports, document intake, and follow-ups are all good examples. If a job is not worth automating, we tell you.
Who owns the automation when it is finished?
You do. It is built in your accounts, and the workflows, prompts, and logins belong to you. They stay with you if you stop working with us.
Which tools do you build with?
Whatever fits the job and what you already pay for: n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Where no tool fits, we write the step in Python. If you already use n8n, see our n8n builds.
Will it send anything without us checking?
No. Anything that sends, pays, or publishes waits for someone on your team to say yes, and the plain written guide to each build says what it is not allowed to do.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every build comes with 30 days of fixes after go-live at no charge. After that, a Run plan covers watching it and fixing it when one of your connected tools changes.
