What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that works through a task the way a member of staff would: it reads what comes in, decides what to do within rules you set, and drafts the work or updates your systems. A person approves anything that sends, pays, or publishes.
What is the difference between an AI agent and an automation?
An automation follows the same fixed steps every time. An agent also makes a judgement inside some of those steps, such as whether a lead fits or which reply a message needs. Most of our builds use both, and AI automation covers the fixed-step work.
How much does it cost to build an AI agent?
