How pricing works

Each build, rescue, or move has a fixed price in pounds or dirhams, agreed in writing before we start. For a rescue or move, we check what you have first. You see the monthly cost of n8n and any AI model first, and pay those providers directly.

Before you hire an n8n developer

What is n8n?

n8n is a workflow tool that connects your apps and runs steps between them, including AI steps. Its source code is published, and you can host it on your own server or pay n8n to run it for you on n8n Cloud.

Should we self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?

Self-hosting gives you control over where your data sits and what the server runs, and someone has to keep it updated and backed up. n8n Cloud hands that work to n8n. We set up either and show you the running cost of each before you choose.

Can you move our workflows from Zapier or Make to n8n?

Yes. We list what you run, rebuild each workflow in n8n, and run old and new side by side until the results match. Only then is the old one switched off.

Can you fix an n8n workflow someone else built?

Yes. We work out what it is meant to do, fix or rebuild it, add error handling so failures reach you, and write it up so your team can follow it.

Will our team be able to change the workflows?

Yes, if someone on your team is comfortable in a tool like n8n. Each workflow comes with a plain written guide and notes on the canvas, and every build has 30 days of fixes after go-live at no charge.

Who owns the workflows?

You do. They are built in your n8n account or on your server, and the workflows, prompts, and logins stay with you if you stop working with us.
