How pricing works
How a price is set, and what changes it.
Every build has a fixed price, agreed in writing first. Invoices come from our UAE company, Langley And Verve FZ-LLC.
The price depends on how many systems the automation touches and how much judgement it needs. Copying a web form into your CRM is simpler than reading a supplier contract and deciding who should see it.

If the scope changes, you agree a new price before any extra work. You pay the monthly software costs directly, and see them before you say yes.
Leadership session and team training
An add-on for mid-sized firms, priced the same way: we set the AI plan with your leadership team, then train the people who will use it.

Limited access

What it is not allowed to do
Your guide lists what it must never do without approval, such as pay a supplier, delete a record, or message a client. Where possible, the tool enforces it too.

Questions about how we work
How is the price of a build worked out?
By how many systems the automation touches and how much judgement it has to make. You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long does a build take?
You get a go-live date with the price. We build one workflow at a time and switch each one on when it works, so you see results before the next one starts.
What happens after the 30 days of fixes?
The automation keeps running in your accounts. You can run it yourself with the written guide, or choose a Run plan and we watch it and fix it when a connected tool changes.
Can we keep what you built if we stop working with you?
Yes. It is built in your accounts, and the workflows, prompts, and logins belong to you. They stay with you if you stop working with us.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
One person who knows the job we are automating, for an hour or two a week while we build. They also test it on real cases before it is switched on.
Will you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, if you need one. Each automation also gets only the access its job needs.
Do you work the same way in the UK and the UAE?
Yes, on the same terms. We quote in pounds or dirhams, and invoices come from our UAE company.
