The AI readiness assessment fee comes off your first build. Each build is priced on how many systems it touches and how much judgement it needs. If the scope changes, we agree a new price first.

What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant works out where AI will save your business time or money, and where it will not. With us, that means mapping the jobs your team does by hand, ranking them by time saved and risk, and putting a fixed price on each build. You can then have us build them, or keep the report and stop there.
How much does AI consultancy cost?
The AI readiness assessment has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start, in pounds or dirhams, and its fee comes off your first build. Each build then has its own fixed price, which the assessment gives you before you commit.
How long does an AI consultancy engagement take?
It depends on how many workflows we map, up to three, and how soon we can sit with the people who run them. You get the dates with the price, before we start.
Can you build what you recommend?
Yes. Every job in the report comes with a fixed price to build, and we build in your own accounts, so you own the result. You are also free to hand the report to your own staff or to another builder.
Do you train staff to use AI?
Yes, as an add-on. We set the AI roadmap with your leadership team, then train them to run it, and we train the people who will use each build on your own tools.
Do you work with firms outside the UK?
